Basic Medical Support
The ideal way to begin safe bioidentical hormone therapy with medical support.
- 60-minute initial medical history with detailed analysis of complaints and symptoms and review of available laboratory results and external findings
- Individual laboratory planning where additional examinations are needed
- 30-minute medical follow-up to discuss laboratory results and create the individual treatment plan
- Organisation of the first hormone supply including medical prescription
- Two 20-minute video follow-ups within the first three months
- No ongoing medical advice or therapy adjustment by email or SMS is included

Only for existing patients with lab values not older than 6 months. One order covers hormone preparations for 3 months. Please contact us in writing at info@hormonexperten.de and indicate how you are feeling.

Am I suitable for hormone therapy?
Please send us an email to info@hormonexperten.de. Our team will review your request and clarify whether you are suitable for bioidentical hormone therapy.
Because hormone therapies must be individually tailored, in many cases a detailed initial consultation is essential. Our team will inform you in writing whether a paid initial video consultation is necessary.
Is there a trial phase?
No, because hormone therapies are complex and individual. Until the first prescription order, it is important that the doctors at Hormone Experts fully understand your medical history and concerns. This is the only way we can guarantee you optimal results.
At least one detailed consultation must take place before any medication is prescribed. Sudden discontinuation or adjustment should never occur without medical feedback.
Can additional costs arise?
All stated prices are exclusive of laboratory services.
Blood draw and hormone status analysis are performed separately – either:
- via your general practitioner or gynaecologist
- or via a Rimkus® certified hormone laboratory, I recommend
The costs of bioidentical hormone therapy for menopausal women are typically around 💶 1.00-€1.50 per day.
For other patient groups (e.g., perimenopause, postpartum, men, or younger women), costs are calculated individually.
How high are the monthly costs for hormone preparations?
The costs of bioidentical hormone therapy for menopausal women are typically around 1.00–1.50 € per day. We work exclusively with certified and trusted pharmacies.
Can I pay for the medical support programs in installments?
Yes. You can pay for Basic Medical Support and Intensive Medical Support in installments. Please discuss this with us during your initial consultation or write to us at: info@hormonexperten.de
Can I ask follow-up questions via email?
For data protection reasons, we cannot provide medical advice or process prescription orders via email. Please book a short video consultation (20 min for 20 €) if you have follow-up questions.
Basic and Intensive Medical Support do not include ongoing medical advice or therapy adjustments by email or SMS. Medical questions are discussed during the included video follow-ups. Organisational messages and appointment notifications remain possible.
Is the treatment covered by statutory health insurance?
Our treatment is not covered by statutory health insurance and is aimed at self-paying patients. If you are covered by statutory health insurance, you must bear the costs of treatment yourself. Private health insurance currently does not cover the costs.

Can I cancel or reschedule my online consultation?
If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. This is important for me and other patients waiting for an appointment. Please understand that we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of 65 € in accordance with German Civil Code (BGB) § 615 if you fail to appear.

Is a video consultation really safe?
Consultation or treatment exclusively via communication media is permitted if this is medically justifiable and the required medical care is maintained, in particular through the manner of findings collection, consultation, treatment and documentation, and the patient is also informed about the special features of exclusive consultation and treatment via communication media.
I hereby advise you from a medical perspective that exclusive remote treatment cannot replace an in-person medical consultation with regard to examination, diagnostics and diagnosis. Exclusive remote treatment will be conducted as long as it is medically justifiable.
It will be discontinued if significantly different burdens, risks or chances of recovery compared to in-person treatment are foreseeable. You can find further information in our agreement to exclusive remote treatment.

Why is the initial consultation not free?
Hormone therapies are complex and are not suitable for everyone. To ensure we can advise you as well as possible, we allocate sufficient time to get to know your complete medical history. This distinguishes our service from other physicians, as our sensitive team takes enough time to thoroughly address all your questions and symptoms in a 60-minute consultation.
Such a high-quality initial consultation cannot be offered free of charge.
