Many hormonal complaints develop gradually and are often difficult for those affected to identify. A structured medical examination is important to better understand these connections. In our practice, this process begins with a detailed video consultation. Based on this, we recommend specific tests and, if necessary, develop an individual treatment plan.
Below, you will find a step-by-step guide to the process from the initial consultation to possible treatment with bioidentical hormones.
1. Scheduling a Video Consultation
Our video consultations are currently available through our website and lasts 60 minutes. You will receive a confirmation via email afterwards.
2. On the Day of Your Video Consultation
On the day of your appointment, you will receive a reminder with a link to the video consultation. The video consultation is provided by our data protection-compliant Easypractice and can be accessed via smartphone or computer. Based on this consultation, we will recommend further steps. Accompanied by a verbal cost estimate. Our offer is exclusively for self-payers!
Patients who suspect they have a hormonal disorder, menopausal symptoms, or andropause and would like to have this clarified can use our video consultation service. Based on the online medical history and your symptoms, you will receive recommendations for further examinations. In the second consultation, we will draw up an individual therapy proposal with bioidentical hormones based on the laboratory analyses and my integrative medical assessment.
If no further measures are necessary or desired by you, we will only charge for the initial consultation and send you the invoice by email or post. If you agree to the proposed measures, we will plan the next steps together.
3. Further Required Examinations
Hormone therapy can only be administered after your levels have been determined. For blood tests or other tests, we work with doctors in your area or use alternative diagnostic methods that are suitable for your condition. These include urine, saliva, or stool samples, which I can order for you from specialized laboratories.
4. Follow-up & Aftercare Appointments
Throughout the entire process of your hormone therapy with bioidentical hormones, you will be cared for by our doctor, Dr. Wilden. If check-ups or follow-up appointments via video consultation are necessary, these will be arranged with Ms. Wilden or you can book them yourself via our appointment platform.

The aim is to first carefully analyze your symptoms and medically investigate possible hormonal causes. Based on the findings, we will develop a personalized treatment plan if necessary. Everyone reacts differently to hormonal changes. That is why we place great importance on personalized care, regular check-ups, and treatment that is tailored to your specific situation.
