Treatment process
Before booking an appointment at our practice, we kindly ask you to review the costs of our video consultation.
1. Scheduling a Video Consultation
Our video consultations are currently available through www.jameda.de/isabella-wilden/ and last 50 minutes. Please schedule your appointment through the Jameda portal. You will receive a confirmation via email.
2. On the Day of Your Video Consultation
On the day of your appointment, you will receive a timely reminder for your video consultation. This reminder includes a link that will direct you to the video consultation. The video consultation is conducted through our partner Jameda and complies with data protection regulations. You can attend the appointment via smartphone or computer.
Based on this consultation, we will recommend further steps, accompanied by a verbal cost estimate according to the Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ).
Patients who know or suspect they are experiencing hormonal imbalances, menopausal symptoms, or andropause and wish to investigate this can use our video consultation service. During this video consultation, the patient will receive a list of recommended examinations based on their symptoms.
This list can be carried out either by their local doctor or at Dr. Sabine Albrecht's clinic in Regensburg.
Based on the initial online assessment, we determine your needs and wishes, and in the second consultation, you receive a treatment proposal with bioidentical hormones. Everything is based on laboratory analyses and my integrative medical conclusions.
If no further measures are required or desired by you, we will only bill you for the initial consultation and send you the invoice via email or post, according to your preference. If you agree to the proposed further measures and therapies, we can plan the next steps together.
3. Further Required Examinations
Hormone therapy can only be initiated after determining your levels.
If you live in the Regensburg area, you can schedule an appointment directly at the private practice of Sabine Albrecht (Prüfeningerstr. 21, 93049 Regensburg) for blood collection and examination. These services will be billed separately by Ms. Sabine Albrecht according to GOÄ.
If you cannot use this option, I offer alternatives, either through support from doctors in your area or through alternative diagnostic methods suitable for your condition. These include: urine, saliva, or stool samples, which I can order from specialized laboratories for you.
4. Follow-up & Aftercare Appointments
Throughout your hormone therapy process with bioidentical hormones, you will be cared for by our physician, Dr. Wilden. If follow-up or aftercare appointments via video consultation are necessary, these will be arranged with Dr. Wilden or you can book them personally through our Jameda partner profile.
Note: Therapy with bioidentical hormones is absolutely individual and cannot be applied to other people, even if they have similar symptoms or tests.
