My mission

Helping women feel strong in their bodies again

My mission is to help women take back control of their health and feel like themselves again. I listen closely. Having gone through these changes myself, I know how unsettling this new part of your life might feel. We work as a team: we look at your results, try, adjust and refine until your treatment truly fits you. And I stay by your side for as long as you need me.

  • Empowering women

Understanding your body and taking charge of your health

  • Listening with empathy

Your story matters as much as your lab results

  • Speaking from experience

I know many of these changes from many years of training added by my own life experiences

  • Refining step by step

We adjust your treatment until it truly fits you

From one woman to another

My work is shaped by two perspectives: the doctor’s and the woman’s. As a doctor, my training spans general medicine, research, psycho-oncology, functional medicine, micronutrient therapy and acupuncture. As a woman, I lived through it myself: at 40 came weight gain, exhaustion, sleepless nights and the diagnosis of Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune condition, followed by perimenopause and menopause. I came to know hormone therapy through my own body. Since then, I have accompanied thousands of women through the same changes. That’s why I listen closely, take time for your whole story and look for the cause, not just the symptoms.
